The Westcott version was a slower assembly due to the screwing the poles at the end to each other, this version has no fasteners so 2-3 min saved from total assembly time. Also Westcott sells their version for double the price of the Neewer version. 2.) The Glow version does not have Velcro to quickly change the reflective surfaces so if you have a change of lighting due to clouds on location and had to switch from white reflective surface to silver to get more light, you have to disassemble and slip on the other reflective surface. Hopefully this review assists you to better understand your choices in the different versions of this product and why I believe this specific one has the best bang for your buck.
