Eleanors VF-03 VF-11 Plant Food, 32-Ounce

I bought this at a flea market I think in the bay area, where Los Gatos is, where they're made, and local made, cheap, whatever. They weren't kidding when they thought the African violets might bloom to death! I use them for rooting and anti-shock, blooming, everything! And never changed their label. At the time I cleaned houses, and the asked to do their plants, so I dusted them off with a paper towel and some water a a small bit of this, and they are like mirical grow, they absorb through the leaves, so spray with a bit is great, but my clients asked, what r u using! I said VF11 .why? They said, they were 1/2 dead and their beatiful! So, they all heard through the grapevine and I helped with outside plants, and they literally wouldn't stop blooming in the window boxes, they had indoor ones with african violets, and i would get a note, n a tip saying, look at my African violets, they bloom every day, and used be once a year. Mine I used it but thought it was normal!I'm not kidding! Better than ANY I ever used except for one for outside but was because it costs so much for a whole yard!

Cant find it in the stores anymore and trying to get them to ship it to you is almost a waste of time.Thankfully there's still the good old standby ... Miracle Grow

I was introduced to this plant food while on a trip to Pismo Beach. We'd stopped into this fun and funky nursery where one of the owners gave me the heads up on this product. I bought a gallon and saw my outdoor plants really take it very well. My inability to have begonias was no longer a problem. It loves it through all seasons there are lots of blooms. I live in So. Cal so don't know if that makes a difference or not as to its' success.

Works like magic! I love this product!But one thing really bugs me. For a 32ozBottle, they have this short little cap. The directions say, use two tablespoons in one gallon of water. In the smaller sizes, the cap is the measuring device & it’s easy to measure out the liquid. But this lid is not made to use as a measuring device.I remember when some bottled water companies touted how eco friendly they were when they made the lids of water bottles so tiny it was hard to open them. After using a lot of plastic making the bottle, why skimp on the plastic lid? This is what I’m wondering happened at Eleanor’s. But, to the bottlers I say, “It’s a really stupid idea!” If it becomes a pain in the neck to use, I will just have to spend my money on another product.

I've been using this on my house plants for years. It is no longer available in our local store so I'm happy Amazon sells it. It is very easy to use; I just add it to the watering can every time I water. It may be my imagination, but the plants seem subtly more vigorous in the days after watering. Even plants I should have re potted a long time ago thrive with this plant food.

I love this stuff and it’s by far the best fertilizer I have ever bought for my plants. Last year they ran out earlier on this product on here so I had to wait until now and I have noticed it’s the same seller selling and now she has raised the prices so much on the VF 11. So I will start purchasing it from somewhere else.

I love this plant food. It was recommended to me 18 years ago. I used it, at first, only with my indoor plants and saw wonderful results. Then I decided to use it outside as well. My Grandson-in-law asked for a good plant food and I immediately recommended VF-11. Just to make sure he got the right thing, I sent him his first bottle. My Granddaughter and husband are expecting their first baby, a girl, in June. Another customer coming up!
