Great product, nice finish and a very good price. Less water pressure than our previous pencil shower head but that was ok for us as we have good water pressure.. something to bear in mind.

Good product if you’re seeking a lightweight plastic, chrome-finished pencil handset. Good water flow. Slightly small outlet area but that aids the pressure coming out. Good purchase and much better than the previous (returned) handset which boasted 3 setting but the handset’s volume was pitifully low.

I like the compactness of this shower head. We have a stand-up and a sit down shower head for washing the kids hair. Suits the bathroom nicely.

I ordered this shower head to replace similar mouldy one and it was so easy to install and itt works a treat, very lightweight and good value for money

The shower head is exactly what the description describes. The price is excellent, on average this product lasts me 4 yrs of daily use. Its a light product which is good for my shower holder. Unfortunately the product didn't come with the black plastic rubber insert which combines with the shower head and the lead as a rubber seal between the two threads. I had to use the old black rubber seal which was in my old version.Why doesn't the product come with the black rubber seal which needs to be inserted between the shower head and lead. Which is essential to prevent the water leaking between the shower head and lead? Please advise. If I didn't have this seal from a my previous shower head then I would have been screwed for a few days trying to source that rubber value which seems to be unique to the shower head product!
