If I could do 0 stars I would. Just received this as an early Christmas gift and was super excited. Read the manual and read tips online. (The manual gives minimal information.) tried to cook a 3 lb boneless turkey breast. Should have only taken 25 min...over an hour later and half of it is still raw. There isn’t even a phone number in the manual to call for help. Very dissatisfied.

I would probably give better rating if I could figure out how to use it didn't have any directions with it when I received it
