B12 is important but these leave a big red spot on my skin.
Lab tests showed I am low in B12, even though I take it as a supplement. Methyl B12 is supposed to be well absorbed, so I thought I would try this in patch form. Unfortunately the patch irritates my skin. I do have very sensitive skin and have reacted to adhesive before, in certain brands of bandages. I felt like I got some extra energy from using this, so I am disappointed that it leaves my skin very red.

Beneficial to Energy Level
The Honey Bee B12 patch has really boosted my energy level. I am 68 and began using the patch in 9/18, it takes time to get optimum results. I apply every 4 days which works well, I set up a reminder on my phone.
