Great product. Bought for a music festival. It's a great durable material, it got stepped on by multiple people with no issues. Really easy to fold quickly and pack in a backpack. Recommended in my opinion for 2 people sleeping or 4 people sitting. Have not tried washing it, but I suspect it should be no issue.

Parts of the blanket have what I assume is extra water repellent kinda spilled on it. It's grayish and kind of shiny and looks like it was wiped or spilled on it...I haven't tried washing the blanket yet to see if that will remove it. I didn't want to use the stakes or extra ropes so I found the original bag far too big. I ended up buying one of those cheap sets of travel bags and using the second smallest, a 5"x7" bag and using that for a stuff sack for the blanket. I took it to a weekend long outdoor concert. Even if I was messy with my rolling and folding I had no problems fitting it back into that bag (and I'd often do it while standing with the bag clipped to my hip purse). One windy night I even wrapped the blanket around my waist and legs for a windbreaker skirt which was helpful. So it really does have a million uses. Thankfully I never had to test if it was really waterproof, but I'm going to wash it, fold it properly, and put it in my truck for emergencies.

I took this product with me on a camping trip in Hawaii. I had limited space, so I picked this because if its multiple functions. I loved it. I used it as a blanket at night and used it at the beach during the day. I also used it as a poncho in little (not heavy) rain to walk around the down. It worked out great.

Junk. Tried using it for the first time this afternoon, A two year old toddler tripped on the long edge and ripped the stake retaining strap right off the corner. The strap was only 2.5" long so it wasn't stitched deep into the seam of the blanket like it should have been. Going to be returning this one.

I got this mainly for beach purpose. I was considering a different one but decided on this one for the price.... Big mistake! I guess you get what you pay for. It's very thin and lightweight. The wind kept blowing it away even with stakes provided. I had to put items all around it so the wind wouldn't get underneath. I'm not sure how it would hold up at a park tho I'm sure the stakes would hold better in dirt rather than sand. I do like that it comes with a hood and works good as a poncho.... Maybe that's how it should be advertised and sold as.

It is light weight and compact. Easily keep in the truck of the car or beach bag. Sand is easily clean up. Sand pouch on the four corner is very useful. However, one of the string attaches to the corner broke after first use. The hood for the supposed raincoat also ripped apart after first use. So far, after about 6 use, two of the string already broke. Promising product, wish it could be made stronger, workmanship wise, since it is the stitches that are not properly sew or strong. Material used is pretty good.

I haven't used this blanket yet but it seems to suit my needs. I'll be able to use it as a rain shelter when I'm camping, and when the sun's out, I'll lounge on it on the beach! I like that it comes with the strings and stakes already so you don't have to buy the extra bits and bobs.

This is great for any kind of beach trip or camping, the little pockets for sand are surprisingly effective.
