Had a crack on the wax when received and the whole piece detached from the surface after 6 months of sporadic use of instrument.

the company had tried good packing..... still there were a few scratches, nothing major. The best thing i liked was that they were in constant touch with me till i recieved the item and was very supportive in addressing my complaints. i bought it for gifting so i cant comment on the product per say, since it was the first time I saw one.
