The Rocky Peak Camping Hammocks, Carabiners, Hammock Straps

The quality is up to par with the hammock used by others in our backpacking group. But their's was more expensive (REI ENO brand which are $50 plus). The only draw back is that im a larger person, I would gladly sacrifice the 13oz weight for slightly more material. I'm 6'-1" and 230 lbs, the hammock is definitely strong enough but not wide enough to completely cover me overnight. Of course I improvised with a sleeping bag but it would be nice to be able to cover myself with only the hammock fabric, especially when its 90+ degrees at night.Suggestion: Make an extra wide hammock and I'll buy another one. I'll give the one I have to my wife.

Great product. A friend of mine and I went camping twice now since we've bought them using them as our beds at night. They worked great but If you plan to sleep in them overnight I would recommend you do it with a camp pad like we did otherwise it maybe cold even with a sleeping bag. I would recommend this product as just a way to relax during the day as they are very comfortable. In fact I think I will bring one next time I backpack since they weigh under 2 lbs. Also after sleeping in them I would say they are way more comfortable than sleeping in a tent and I had no problems with falling out while sleeping thanks to the sides being tall enough even with my regular size sleeping pad in it.

It is a very nice light camping hammock....my only concern would to make sure its tied into a limb and not to count on the clips to hold it....they didn't with me. It could have been my error too.

I bought this for my son's 10th birthday, didn't want to spend a lot of money on it because I didn't know how much he would use it, it's perfect, he has used it several times and plenty of adults have been in it as well, very durable easy to hang, we bought the strap that went along with it.

Great little hammock for day hikes or even an after picnic nap. For the price you cannot beat it! Quality is good, though you may want to pick up some tree straps or longer ropes because the ones provided are a little short. A couple knot suggestions from the manufacturer would be my only suggestion!

Great hammock for the money, my 13year old son loves out for backpacking and camping.

An exceptional item for the price. I bought it as a gift for my 8 yr old nephew and it has provided him with hours of entertainment. It also seems durable and light enough for camping and backpacking trips.

We have purchased a couple of these for our Scout Troop to use on outings and love them. Great product and quite durable (even stands up to the abuse that the boys put them through).
