Good buy; slices too thick for me
I like this cheese, but the the slices are too thick for my most frequent uses. For instance, it worked well for grilled cheese, but was too thick for a cold sandwich. If you like your cheese sliced thickly, this as a good choice at a better price than many other organic cheeses.
