It’s too soon to tell if it won’t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it :( it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on Amazon. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! Another reason why I bought this besides the very affordable price.

Kills my ab area, in the best way. When I am not as motivated, it also helps hold clothing that I need to lay to dry, or hang a bra off the side. Let's be real, we aren't always motivated. But the machine was easy to put together, and I enjoy using it for both my ab workout, and to hold my laundry!!

I have just bought this machine 2 weeks ago, putting it together was no hassle EXCEPT for one thing. There are two screws that have been prescrewed to the area where your knees rest. Foam was almost impossible to pull back to get the screws out just to have to pull the foam back again to screw it onto the slider. That was a workout in itself but in other words everything else was easy to put together. There were no missing parts at all, maybe people might've misread the instructions and thought they were missing screws but no... It's that difficult prescrewed area that catches people off guard but the instructions make it very clear that the two of them are already prescrewed and where they are located. I don't believe it's supposed to be some fancy shmancy machine so it does exactly what it's meant to do, I believe the value of my money was well spent. I suggest working out on hard woods floors rather carpet, while working out my little rubber feet on the machine slid off on carpet so I just use it on my hardwood floors. Some people complained about the sturdiness due to loose screws... Not quite sure why they have that problem but mine is pretty secured and doesn't wobble or anything. I got the black and blue one, I like the appearance of it and I can store it anywhere (I live in a one bedroom). If your looking for something over the top, this is not it but if your looking for something simple and that works out your glutes, abs and shapes your body? Then I recommend this machine especially if it's been awhile since you have worked out.

I saw this workout machine on tick tok. I never buy products that I see in videos, but I did buy this and I honestly thought it was gonna be so easy but it wasn’t in the best way lol. I am 5’3, 160 pounds and the only reason I gave it four stars is because it is a little wobbly even though I put everything together correctly but it’s really not bad and it’s amazing for the price. It worked out my abs so hard after the first night. I’ve done ab workouts before and have never felt it the way I did with this machine. I struggle bad with losing fat around my stomach area and love handles and I was 50% less bloated the next morning and my stomach already felt firm. I also felt more energetic. I’m very excited to continue using it. I would highly recommend.
