Product itself worked great. It just comes down to the technician.Don't let the bad reviews turn you away. My only complaint is that the "microfiber" cloth doesn't work well at all.

I thought that putting the new screen is would be tough. But that was the easy part with this kit! I've had to replace my kids tablet screens twice, and I used this one both times.Getting the old glass out and prepping the surface was the hard part.

It fit my Galaxy Tab A perfect. The problem I had with it was the glass is so thin that it actually cracked shortly after putting it in. We went through four of these covers and they all cracked. They were put in perfectly, directly over where the buttons go. But they still all managed to crack. These are not as thick as the factory glass.

Works like new. Pretty easy to install just recommend better tool the plastic tool breakes to easy.

Well, the screen replacement looked great. The adhesive, was sticky. The problem was that it was so sticky that the tab to remove the protective film actually started to pull the adhesive from the digitizer.Unfortunately only half of the digitizer works. The side was where the tab to pull the cover doesn't. I do not know if it caused the damaged.

Yeah, lesson learned - don't wait so long to fix your granddaughter's tablet because when you get around to fixing it and the part doesn't work you can't return the part. Don't waste your time.

do not but more fragile then the OEM glass, literally broke when seating the glass around the edge. I;ve done the same repair on the same tablet about 5 times...
