GOLD!
Do you know how hard it was to find gold sporks? Pretty difficult. Luckily I found these on Amazon and bought them right away. I was very happy when I opened them up. Very shiny and I like how it comes with a zippable red pouch. Highly recommend!

Heavy for backpacking.
I read the description and thought these were some sort of titanium-steel alloy so would be light weight. Nope. I don't know what "Titanium Polished Stainless Steel" is. It's not a standard term. It could be titanium plated steel (but this company used that description for another product) or steel polished in the manner of titanium. But whatever else they are, they're heavy!Typical titanium spork in this style weighs around 20 grams. These weigh 49 grams each. The whole kit weighs 208g. They are a decent length. At 20 cm, I can use them to get into my tallest pot. The bowl of the spoon is pretty shallow, which is typical for this style. It does have the serrated edge on the fork end, good for cutting some foods.I thought it would be amusing to have "gold" lightweight utensils out backpacking but I guess the joke's on me. Maybe I'll pack them to work to use there. I received a discount coupon to purchase these, in exchange for my honest review.

Not lightweight enough for hiking gear, but still really useful
I really like these spoons. I bought them for camping because I always forget to bring utensils. I thought it would be nice to have these ready to go all the time in my camping gear. They will work for that. The spoon is deep enough that it should be useful and the fork is sharp enough to use as a fork. My knock on this would definitely be the fork though. It is kind of awkward because the tines aren't very deep or sharp and the "knife" is right on the edge of the fork. The knife isn't so sharp that it will probably cut your mouth or anything, but it just seems weird to have a knife on the edge of the fork. (It is the standard design for this kind of camping utensil.) Maybe I'm being too picky, but EVERYONE has a knife when they are camping or hiking, so I feel like adding an edge to this is not necessary. Also, the edge on this is not sharp enough to cut things like meat, so why bother. My other complaint is how heavy these are. It seems trivial but every once counts when you are hiking gear. And these are not lightweight like the titanium ones available elsewhere. These are steel with a titanium coating. I don't understand the titanium coating because the point of titanium in this kind of gear is that it is lightweight. Coating steel with titanium doesn't add anything that I know of.These are dishwasher safe and were super easy to use and wash. The carry bag is nice. I was planning on splitting these up, so at first I thought I wouldn't use the bag. But based on these being heavier than I like for hiking, I think this set will be more useful as a picnic set for the family, or to keep in the car for food emergencies.I'm comparing this to the plastic version I also purchased. The plastic version is about half the price (8 pieces instead of 4 for about the same price). I think I prefer the plastic ones to these for hiking purely based on weight.I was given a small discount on this set for providing honest product feedback. All in all, these are a great way to do camping utensils. I've also thought about issuing these to my kids to take with them for school lunches or even just as their main utensils in the house. Heck these could even be useful on a road trip or just to keep in the car for when the fast food place forgets to put utensils in the bag.

Awesome product. Perfect for work lunches
Awesome product. Perfect for work lunches. Full-sized, silverware quality. Spoon is appropriately sized for cereal, soup, chili, etc. Could be deeper, but it's better than expected and more than aple. The serrated edge on fork is a bit odd and unnecessary. I get it. Knives are cool in context, but...most of us don't usually put serrated objects in our mouths. It's sharp- not enough to do major damage...but sharp enough to have to be conscious of whilst eating. I would not let my 4 year old use this, but it's probably fine for my 8 year old. The carrying case is nice- I actually wish it came with one for each utensil instead of one for a set of 4... I'm sharing these with my family, and only one of us can have the case! That's me, by the way...because I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review. They're sporks AND they're silverware. They beat the pants out of the cheap plastic utensils they have at work. There's really not much to not love about this product.

Fancy camping utensils
Love these sporks and their substantial zippered carrying pouch. They include not only a fork and spoon end but also a serrated edge that serves as a knife. Quality of the utensils is good but not stellar (hence the subtracted star). They are very slightly rough around the edges--sort of cafeteria quality rather than your home flatware, if you know what I mean. However, they are miles better than plastic flatware. So, they fit the bill for outdoor use perfectly. I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

Strong, useful and handy for camping!
These "sporks" are truly strong and I love these for camping. They are a really good size, long enough to equal the length of a typical spoon or fork, making them comfortable for holding and eating from. There is even a cutting edge on the side of the fork. I had my Dad try to bend one and he could hardly do it, they are quite rigid. They come in a nice padded case. I highly recommend them to anyone - they would be great for your bug out bag as well as for camping. I received these at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion, and that is what I have given you. I hope it helps in your decision making.
