The item is well made but in my cafe we are having trouble when old people pour the milk,even a few youngsters, it does take ages to pour as the tipping point needs to be right over and peole panic that there is no milk coming out,and stop pouring

This good looking jug holds enough coffee for three adults at two or three cups each over the course of several hours. It saves time and energy as you only have to make one batch (we use a good instant but you could use filter although most coffee machines keep it hot anyway so there's no point).On a tray with the cups, milk jug and sugar bowl it looks really at home and it really works well. It's also robust - not like those old flasks with the easily broken inner casing.Easy to clean too - definitely a good buy.

To keep tea / coffee hot. When warmed well before filling in the morning I find it keeps hot for most of the day. It is easily cleaned and pours well.

The thermos does what it says, but the boiling water cools too quickly, even after 4 hours, and it specifically says it lasts 12 hours in its hot state

Had a faulty carafe - seller replaced immediately and the replacement carafe jug has excellent heat keeping qualities - case remains cool so no heat transfer and under test kept water hot for a full day in the office. Would recommend both the seller as well as the carafe. Would use this seller again.

Bought this for my mother so that she wouldn't have to use the electrical kettle. I can boil water in the morning and late into the afternoon the water is still quite hot - makes a good cup of tea or coffee. Lightweight and easy to lift up for her. Most pleased.
