Ford OEM Replacement Fob for our Ford C-Max - Would Buy Again
This arrived promptly (as expected with a Prime membership.) This is a Ford OEM replacement, including the uncut key - NOT a knockoff. A nice feature is that it includes a "lost key return service," which is a small card you can put on your fob that is a postage paid mailing label. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five is that I returned it before using it (we found our lost one), so I can't attest that it works. However, I believe it's an original fob complete with the Ford logo on the casing, and I have no reason to think it wouldn't work after a locksmith activated it. Not sure yet.
My manual says if I have 2 keys I can program this myself. Their website says I can't on a 18 Ford focus. Still trying just the same.

Did not work!
I took the key fobs and the car to a locksmith and 2 different Ford Dealerships and nobody could get them to work! I bought key fobs from the dealership and they worked just fine. I would like my money back!
