Seabiscuit Touch Lamp, Timer Setting Dimmable Warm White & RGB Sunset Fading Night Light and Time-to-Sleep

I needed a lamp that dims over time to use with my 2 year old so that she knows that it's getting closer to bedtime. I chose this lamp over other "kid's" lamps with timers mainly because this one dims over the last 10 minutes of your selected time increment vs. other lamps that simply shut off after X minutes. (Note that 30 minutes is the smallest increment for this lamp when the timer is being used).My only complaint is a usability issue - when selecting the timer function, the led indicator does not stay illuminated on the selection after setting it. With everything going on at bedtime, I tend to forget whether or not I set the timer function. I wish I could look at the LED and be able to see that the timer function has been set and for what increment.The lamp is great for power outages too!I love the design - and I anticipate using it for myself after the kids have grown out of needing it.

I have lupus, which affects my use of this product in two ways. I frequently get migraines and my eyes become super sensitive for two or three days. It's nice that I can dim this lamp to the point that it doesn't hurt my eyes. I also like the fade to sleep feature, which is subtle enough that I don't notice it until it's almost dark. The colors are a little too garish for me, although the lavender is tolerable.Unfortunately I have problems getting the lamp to switch colors or dimness. I have Reynaud's secondary to lupus, which affects the circulation in my hands. My son thinks that's what is causing the problem; that the lamp can't tell I'm touching it when my circulation is bad. So I end up tapping it five or six times before anything changes, which is a little frustrating.Finally, the charging cord is inconveniently short so I replaced it.Not overall I'm happy with it.

The media could not be loaded.  We were in the market for a night lamp that was easy to operate since we have a toddler that sleeps with us and wakes up a few times during the night. So we needed that was easy to switch on. When I stumbled across this lamp and saw the feature and reviews, I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad that I did. This one serves most of our needs. It has a touch feature to turn on/ off, can switch to multiple colors, and has a timer function (although a little difficult to use the first time). I love the timer and the touch feature. The white light color is dimmable. It can also be hanged and is chargeable, battery operated, or connected via USB cord. The design is cute that it will blend in with any room decor.Overall I'm really satisfied with this purchase so far.

This is not a bright light at all but that’s what is great about it. It’s small and gives the room a nigh-light type of light.It’s very soothing and I often use it at night if I need to get up and look for something nearby without waking up my partner.My teenage daughter liked it so much , I bought her one too. Probably best for a teen room or someone who likes low light or a conversation light for their space.I’m not a weed smoker but it would be trippy to chill out if I were high or mellow.Small footprint but I with the cord were longer.

My middle aged husband was slightly dubious when I first introduced this wonderful little light to the nightstand on his side of the bed, frankly he looked at me like I had gone mad. However, I gave him a quick demo on how unbelievably easy it was to turn on, off, brighten, dim, color change and he decided to give it a try.It gives off a wonderful glow when it's set on blue. And the red is supposed to induce sleep, which is what I'm planning on trying (when I remember). It's sturdy, unobtrusive and super easy to operate.Anyway, a few days ago, husband began asking me how, why, where I found his 'neat little sea biscuit' - I think that means he likes it.

I like this for the multiple levels of light and colors. I don't use the timer function, but it is nice when I don't want to turn the room light on and just need something more dim. The lamp is relatively attractive. The light is soft and doesn't hurt my eyes. Would recommend for a general lamp, not necessarily for a timed lamp.

This is a super cute light that is portable with no cords needed once charged. I can only tolerate the red light at night. Everything else is too bright for my eyes to adjust to at night. You can actually read with this light which you can't do with most night lights. Also I wish the touch button on top were bigger.

Works well, is just bright enough to keep the "bogyman" away but not so bright that it keeps you awake. The color change mode is subtle and seems to encourage younger kids to calm down while waiting for the next color. Would buy again.
