I had 3 kids. Got the small.worked fine.
I compared this to softcup disposables. The stem was very long and was like 1/4 inch outside the opening and was very irritating. I trimmed it down to the 1st notch and it was fine. Silicone was very ...hard? Not gummy if that makes sense. Kinda like the blue pacifiers u get from the hospital when u have a baby. They dont unfurl entirely Inside you, more like a suck onto your cervix which feels a bit weird at 1st but goes away.... so dint expect this to *blossim* inside u. I tried this on the last day of my PD. To be safe and slept in it. It did hold the liquid and was easy to get out(where the harder type silicone came in handy) u do have to be very comfortable with your vag. And your own anatomy.l because u will need to get knuckle deep to situate it to make sure its *sucked on*. I had 3 kids and got the small. Worked fine.

NOT EVEN WORTH 7 DOLLARS
If I could I would give this no stars. I’ve used mestrual cups before and never had an issue. This one does not suction and does not catch anything and it hurts and is very u comfortable to have in.

Small is like 3×SUPER PLUS TAMPONS in diameter, it's too big.
This cup is highly uncomfortable! I ordered a small Because I use small/light tampons and cannot use anything bigger due to how uncomfortable they are. I'm 29 and have birthed 4 children naturally, this cup is "big" in diameter, my husband even made comments about it. This cup does not expand for me and is really hard to remove, it is painful. I'm not sure if this is how most menstrual cups are made but, I'm certain going to try a different brand and throw these away.

Good but stiff
I like that like has a pull grip can be trimmed, but the material is a little stiff. If you are use to menstrual cups not a problem, but can be if you are new to the cup. The stiffer material does however make it easier for the cup to seal when inserted.
