Great product
This is the third scope level I have purchased from Lone Star Precision, it is well worth the money, is simple and well designed. The earlier versions had issues with the level vial coming loose, which I easily fixed with a dab of clear silicone adhesive on the inside edge of the vial. These are great for insuring that you are not canting (leaning) your rifle when shooting, for maximum accuracy. One very nice feature is the upside down "V" notch at the center of the vial makes it easier to see when you're level. The ONLY issue I had is the listing needs to state clearly that the 1"/30mm is the same product, (which leads to ordering confusion) nothing is said about it fitting both sizes of scopes. It is essentially a 30mm level, that comes with adapter inserts to allow it to fit a 1" tube as well. All in all it's a terrific product that I would definitely recommend.

Lone Star Precision Upgraded Level
After reading the old reviews, and experiencing the spirit tubes falling out of other brands of levels, I looked and noticed that Lone Star Precision upgraded the level I received by inserting a C-clip into the housing at the end of the spirit tube. The clip locks the tube in place. The old method was either friction-fit and/or glue, which would eventually fail. The clip-fix adds considerable manufacturing steps to machine a groove and insert the clip, plus the addition of the C-clip, itself. The price of the level remained the same. I will now consider replacing my two other levels with the LSP.

Great Product easy to install
Bought two of these both in 1 inch and 30MM. The interlocking design means only 1 screw to tighten. It has a solid finish that did not scratch my scopes finish. Includes an Allen Key for easy installation. Came packaged in easy to open clam shell package. Took all of 2 min. to install. I used another bubble level to set the level for this one. Highly recommend if you are into precision aiming to make sure your sight is not canted.Pros- See aboveCon - On the back of the package is a customer service email address if you need to contact them. It came back as invalid when I tried to use it.

Defective cheap junk
This thing is junk. I installed this piece on my 6.5 grendel ar15 based rifle, a relatively low recoiling round, and the plastic tube with the level fell right out on my first outing. Defective junk. I wouldn't buy this again, but if you insist on purchasing it also purchase some epoxy, or superglue, or something that you can use to secure the bubble level with before you actually try to use the product.

Only one screw to tighten
I really like having to use only one screw to tighten this down. Beware if you already have your scope adjusted and tightened down on your rifle you may have a problem. You need to slide one side into the other as you can see from the picture. Because of the ring and bell I could not put this on my one rifle as there was no room unless I undid 12 screws. I went to my other rifle and there was room so I put it on it. Bottom line I would recommend this mount because of one screw and it did not change the level when I tightened it.

Good Buy
Functionality it is almost perfect. There is some concern for longevity. For example the tongue and groove under the level had more play in the fit than required leading me to believe vibration will take it's toll on this portion of the level. However, I think this level will last the average shooter a very long time depending on the amount of shooting and the caliber of the weapon. I mounted this on a .17 caliber, Nikon 1" tube scope" so for me it is the perfect choice. I will be modifying it by placing a thin visible line at the center bubble indicator and possibly also on the bubble glass for easy acquisition of center of bubble. Appearance wise I like everything but the large "LONE STAR" lettering. A smaller font would be better for me, more pleasing. I guess that large font is for advertisement purposes, but takes away from the appearance of your weapon. I'll get use to it though.

This appears to be a good level offered at a very good price.
I especially liked the scalloped window in the center of the level because it gave a very accurate way to ensure the bubble is clearly in the center of the leveling glass. I also liked that the application was ambidextrous since I was preparing a rifle for a left handed shooter who couldn't even see it around the scope "furniture" once installed. What I did not like was that the required inch/pound numbers were not included either in the packaging, nor was I able to find it anywhere on the web site. I use 25 inch/pounds to normally install my scope rings, but they are generally much more robust and heavy than is the level body. Some Amazon customers opined that they had torqued their installation screw to 18 inch/pounds, but were quickly scolded by another commentator who said 13 was safer and were less likely to damage the scope body. I used 16, but am still not sure if that meets the company's parameters. Since it is an engineered device, the company should delineate their inch/pound recommendations in the accompanying brochure. In addition, as was noted by another commentator, the small glass is loose in the holding structure body. Easily fixed, but an unnecessary issue.

Very good
No big problems. I had to install it closer to the exit pupil than I wanted, because I couldn't get it under the main tube forward of the turrets because it was too thick. I did not want to disassemble the rings to do this. Not so much a fault of this Lone Star Anti cant device as it is my fault for not installing before mounting scope on rifle. The unit is light weight. I like that only one screw is required to install vs. two like most anti cant devices. The company is an American company which was important in my buying decision, but I could find evidence of where it was made on the packaging. I don't like to buy 2nd amendment items from overseas no matter how inexpensive. There are plenty to be found for $9 but they are from overseas so I bought this one because it was an US company. I hope they are making them here.Four stars because I could not determine where it was made. The unit itself is good
