McGinn Women's Madie Tweed Dress

The shoulders/arms are way too small. I'm 5'4, 120, I wear a 32 bra band, and I have thin arms/shoulders. I usually get dresses in a size 2 or 4, or XS/S (including in McGinn brand). I ordered this twice, once in a small, which I returned for a medium, which I unfortunately also had to return. I literally couldn't zip either one up my back because the top half was so small. It felt like my arms were trapped and pulled down in front of me when I tried to put this on. I LOVED the length, the fluffiness of the skirt, and the material, but I don't know what the heck is going on from the waist up - it's made for a 10-year-old child. Major disappointment.
