I don't normally take the time to write reviews on my purchases but I couldn't let this opportunity go by in hopes that it may help someone else. My brother had 5 strokes 2 months ago and lost the use and feeling on the right side of his body. He is right handed and his occupation as a carpenter/handy man/construction worker seemed to be in jeopardy as a result of the strokes. He was in the hospital for a week and couldn't hold a fork to feed himself or hold a pen in his hand much less write. During the long nights at the hospital I searched the internet doing research on stroke recovery and therapy and ran across the MusicGlove. In reading reviews it sounded promising so I ordered it and, with my Prime membership, had it in 2 days. The software is patterned much like the Guitar Hero video game. My brother has never played a video game or even used a computer before using this product. The first day he used it was fairly disastrous and he could barely even touch his thumb to his index finger but he spent about 30 min trying and did the best he could. The next morning he was touching his thumb to each of his fingers over and over and when we started up the MusicGlove the difference in one day was amazing. Within the first week using this product he was feeding himself, holding a pen and relearning how to write. After 2 months of use he has mastered each finger individually (being able to hit at least 95% of the notes on the hard setting) and has now started using 2 fingers simultaneously on each song and is progressing daily on his difficulty level and accuracy. The company that makes this product says you will see improvement in 2 weeks and are so sure you will that they have a 30 day money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied. After 2 weeks the improvement was so promising that we couldn't imagine sending it back. Stroke recovery is a long difficult process. The MusicGlove has helped my brother regain the use of his hand and, as an added bonus, he's gained self confidence from the quick results which has given him the determination to work harder each day to get back to normal. I have not been asked or paid to use or endorse this product. I feel like we hit the lottery having found this rehabilitation tool and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to recover from a stroke or brain injury that has affected the fine motor skills in their hand. It has exceeded all of our expectations and given us hope for a full recovery ahead.

I purchased this for a patient. It was very stressful for him because his response rate was not fast enough and rather than feeling challenged, he felt discouraged. Plus the music wasn't great. It's a nice idea, think it could be developed and changed to be a more pleasurable experience with better music////!!!

Game was a little confusing the first time I played, but okay once I “got it”. The music was horrible. Overall, it wasn’t what I was expecting. Maybe good for some people. Just not for me. Wasn’t really what I was expecting. A little disappointed.

I initially ordered small but couldn’t get my fingers in it, returned for Med, same problem, exchanged for large too large for my husband who is 6-2! Concept seems great. But think product is trash now I am not sure I can return it since I have returned so many!

This music glove is a really cool device if you need to improve your finger mobility. It was super easy to install and really fun to play. If you've played any rhythm game before, this will be right up your alley. It is challenging at first, but I was seeing results pretty quickly once I got the hang of it. You won't regret checking this out!

It is helping my recovery,but really needs more song variety which apparently is coming. With the unit costing over $1000, seems like charging the disabled $50 for some song variation that that the unit should already have is extremely aggressive.

My Music Glove is interactive and I can use it everyday, without becoming bored. I had a right side stroke that affected myright hand and the Glove has been of great benefit in my recovery, with special emphasis on proprioception and handeye/brain coordination. Customer service is very helpful and know their product inside and out.

This device has been wonderful for me and the support team has been awesome about answering any questions I might have. It was easy to understand (even more so with the help of the support team) and the glove’s finger cots fit nicely around my fingers. The music is very nice with the option to add more if I’d like, just needed to call them and ask. I highly recommend trying this product!
