Q: Is there room for three toddlers for just a smooth fun ride? No hills, gravel, cars, or curvy trails.

Not really just enough for 2 unless they are really small but it does come with seat belts that go around the child but only had 2 of those.

Q: Can I use it for my weedwacker and other landscaping equipment?

You can use it anyhow you like. I used it to carry antiques.

Q: How much weight can this hold? I have a med/large size dog and he would love this, but he weighs about 60lbs.

The maximum weight limit is 80 pounds (two 40-pound children) with an additional 12 pounds in the rear storage area
