I was hoping to use an existing pole we had, but it did not fit. Apparently, our pole isn’t a standard screw pole. This is not the fault of the company or product. You may consider getting the matching pole. I only gave 4 stars on value, because it did seem expensive for a duster. My opinion only. If it holds up after years of use, it may be worth it. Hard to tell now. Overall.
