My only caution: These will discolor when used with certain greasy or acidic foods. I used one when I was roasting tomatoes for a soup, and the staining appears to be permanent.That does't seem to affect the performance, though, so I'm okay with it.

Very happy with these mats, makes using the oven a lot easier, less clean up time, simple to use, with or without a pan underneath.

I just used these for the first time, & NEVER have I had such perfect cookies baked. They came off of the mats perfectly, without one crumb, no sticking, & perfectly shaped. I could not be happier, & wish I had purchased these professional baking mats eons ago, since I love to bake, & do so very often. I highly recommend these mats. I am one very happy home baker.

I'm not entirely sure how I ever lived without these. They are great for everything you can imagine. I love them especially for cookies. I made turnovers using them also. Clean up is easy and everything cooks more evenly it seems.

Got the item for making fruit leather. Worked great!
