The ad has multiple odd contradictions, for example the type of HDD and how much Ram is installed. I was willing to take that on as I have done extensive research on this type of laptop and knew it was a good model with either configuration and also easily upgradable.The main issue however is that it comes loaded with the OS "HP ThinPro" and NOT Windows 10 Pro as it clearly says in the Title and in one of the Product Descriptions. Not at all what I was looking for, if it was a personal purchase I might try to work with it but I bought 7 of these for an organization that specifically needs Windows 10 to run particular Software.Get your facts straight if you're going to be selling anything for hundreds of dollars on Amazon.
