Came rolled in the box but due to high elasticity after unrolling was laying flat on the carpet without any problem. My old mat was too stiff and after a few moths start cracking and crumbling. I believe this new mat is made of different plastic more elastic and durable that will prevent cracking under the rolling chair. After two weeks works great.

After this product arrives, after unpacking, first there is no unpleasant smell. Then put it on the floor tiles, and after only a few hours, the floor protection mat was completely smooth. The cushion is transparent, there is no magazine, and it is almost invisible on the floor. When the swivel chair rolls on the mat, it feels softer, almost silent. The overall appearance is very good.

When this arrived, it was rolled up in a box. Getting this to flatten out took about a month and I had to place items on it overnight to keep it flat. I have it on medium pile carpet, and the mat does a decent job of supporting me in the chair.It's a decent value, but if you are picky, you'll want to get one that's heavy duty.

I was hopeful. It arrived in flat package (not rolled up). It laid down perfectly. Seemed sturdy enough. Yay! So I ordered another for my son's room. The 2nd one arrived rolled up. Argh! Wrestled that thing to lay somewhat flat. Took about a week for it to relax. Getting back to the 1st chair mat, have had it now exactly 1 month and it's cracking in several places. Wondering how long the 2nd one will hold up. Very disappointed. Save your money.

I’ve had this for a little over a month now and already it’s getting permanent indentations in it which makes it difficult to move my chair around. Would recommend you look for something a bit sturdier, I don’t recommend this one at all.

The chair went together very easily and has good lumbar support. Casters are good quality and arms flip up as advertised.The only thing I would want to be different is the upholstery. I am at my desk all day and it is a little rough on the skin.Otherwise, great chair for the price!

Nothing much to really say. The plastic is sturdy, and it works well on my carpet that’s thick.

The mat itself is useful but certainly not the quality of others that I have had previously. It came tightly wrapped like a tube and although I have added weights across the whole thing, it still is bubbled up and puckers. Would I recommend this one? Nope, I think in the future, I will just make the drive to the store to purchase one.
