Flopro 2 in 1 Compact Garden Hose Pipe Reel, 20 m (65 ft)

Having tried a few expanding hoses and find they last 3 months if I am lucky, I tried this light and flexible hose with hose reel. Early days, but wall mounted, it is neat and tidy, easy to unreel and wind back again, does not kink or tangle. Smaller diameter than standard hose and more fexible slightly lower water press, but comfartably supplied my pressure washer

It would have been handy if a tap connector was included. I couldn't get other makes of adapter to work. Have ordered the spare bits as well had I known now have to wait for those to be delivered before I can use the hose.Fingers crossed all will work as expected. Then wait for the rain!

I wanted a lighter weight hose for my fairly small garden and cheaper than, say, Hozelock. However, you get what you pay for - the Flopro is too flimsy. The hose flattens and blocks the water flow really easily and the unit is so light it jumps about when you rewind. I’ve thrown it away and gone back to my sturdy ten year old Hozelock.

It's very good, it's a good length and doesn't leek like some do. I had to get a tap adjuster, but I think you have to with most hoses now. I would recommend.

I bought this because of the good reviews, but my experience has been the opposite to most people. It leaks at most connections, it kinks soon as look at it, it’s overpriced and cheaply made compared to Hozelock. I have replaced all the connectors with Hozelock ones, much better and watertight. I am considering throwing the thing away as it is so difficult to use, very poor.

The below description on the product is wrong.Easy rewind handle to ensure the hose does not kink or twist.It is easily getting twisted that too even when rewinding. The hose looks like a normal one. I don't think this will last for long. The only benefit buying this is they are offering 5 year guarantee.

Generally, the quality seems to be pretty good, but as with any plastic item exposed to the elements, how it fares and long-term only time will tell.As mentioned by another reviewer, “the wall bracket with screws and plugs”; were completely missing; indeed, the top of a resealable transparent plastic bag was stapled to the label and it would appear that its contents have been ripped away – bizarre!

This is a well made product. Reel mounted easily to the wall and stays in place . The reel is also very easy to use and is free from leaks and drips when used. Great improvement on other well known brands.
