Raw and unadulterated
This honey is just as it is described. It is fairly crystallized and very thick but still pourable or use a spoon. I believe that it is raw, unadulterated unprocessed unfiltered unheated honey. As the description goes, it’s aroma seems to me as a combination of clover and alfalfa.I prefer pure alfalfa honey which is my favorite but this honey is not disappointing and is probably very healthy, especially compared to processed honey.
