Perfect kettle for me: comfortable to hold, stainless steel, high capacity, and elegant
I LOVE this kettle. I bought this just over 6 months ago and have been using it every single day as I use hot water all day long (plain hot water to drink, coffee, tea, cooking). It operates as new and still looks almost new even with such heavy use. The finishes are elegant with a really nice tactile feel to the buttons, handle, and lid. I have a chronic pain condition that makes the ergonomics of everything that much more pertinent in my daily life; I have no problem carrying this at maximum capacity (I find 1.75L heavy) with one hand where I feel it's stable and easy to pour. I chose this over some other popular kettle options due to the larger capacity and stainless steel. Zero regrets!

Great Customer Service
When I got my kettle I was confused about two points: the controls looked different from the manufacturer's website and it seemed to only go up to 208 degrees. I wrote to the company and they replied promptly, explaining to me: 1) that my product was actually the updated model, newer than the website image, and 2) the kettle is designed to "hold" at 208 for energy efficiency purposes - after getting up to 212. Additionally, 208 is actually adequate for any tea. With those clarifications, it was clear to me that my kettle was working perfectly. It is very fast. The capacity will allow us to serve approximately 5 mugs of tea. The menu and controls seem intuitive to this 40-something. It was sent with some citric acid for descaling, but I used vinegar instead and that worked perfectly. This kettle appears to have no plastic exposed to the boiling water, which is what I was looking for. It also has an attractive but modest appearance. The base is not much larger than the kettle, so it doesn't take up much space. Our favorite feature is probably the hold temperature, which distinguished it the most from our previous stove-top and one-button electric kettles. It is well built, and I hope it lasts for years.

Wonderful Electric Kettle!
I am a bit of a coffee fanatic and am picky about how I brew my coffee and what equipment I use. Everyone has their preferred brewing methods, but I have always loved the strong, full-bodied flavor that comes from immersion brewing methods. We typically use an AeroPress or a French press for coffee brewing, and I like being able to control the temperature of the water depending on brewing device and type of beans. I've been using an older stainless steel and plastic kettle for years and have been looking for a replacement that meets some basic requirements that I'm picky about. This kettle meets all of those needs and more for me! LOVE: -Precise temperature control -Large Capacity for our big french press and other applications like making pasta -Looks nice on the counter and matches the aesthetic of my other coffee gadgets -Holds the temperature for you and remembers the last one you used before turning off -It beeps when ready, but is just the right tone and volume (not loud and obnoxious like my old kettle)...you can turn the beeps off as well, which is great. -No plastic components come in contact with your water -Has presets for different types of tea and coffee. -Heats water fast This thing looks STUNNING on my counter...I posted a picture, but it doesn't do it justice. It really is a nice looking kettle. The red glowing LED ring that lights up when it is heating is really cool looking too! It's also a more reasonable price than other competing options and has more capacity than similarly-styled models from other brands. I love that (due to it's size and features) this kettle is so versatile for us. With this one device, we can boil water for cooking, make coffee, and brew tea. This really is a wonderful product. It's thoughtfully designed and looks amazing. Whether you're a coffee or tea enthusiast, or just like the convenience of an electric kettle, you can't go wrong with this one.

Broke twice in less than 2 years.
I have had this item for one year and 8 months. About 8 months after i got it, it stopped working and I was sent a refurbished replacement. Now a year later it has stopped working again. So this product seems to have a lifetime of one year or less with daily use. I do not recommend.

Great sith Tea Kettle
It's a little pricey. It's awesome enough and pretty enough and zero plastic, for me to just barley tolerate the price while on sale. Honestly, even at full price, it is something I will buy again. Cleaning is pretty easy. If you have hardware you will see the calcium build up just like on any stainless steel. Easy to clean and a new step I now use to prevent that, I add a splash of lime or lemon juice. No more hardware stains. I tried a tea defuse with a chain and it worked well. Just do not use cheap tea from tea bags. That almost stained the inside. Removed once I started splashing in lime. The one and only thing I wish for is a double wall version to keep.the kiddo and clumsy me from burning.myself. if a second.request was asked for, just at least another cup. Third would be a cool down process. Like even if I shut it off, the red light stays on until it is below 120 degrees, to avoid burns. If someone did not know it was just on, they get a surprise. I think mainly little one that like what they see and want to touch. Still, I have bump it and it was hot, and no burns which is good. Despite that, it's my favorite electric kettle. Temperature control, auto off, performance, and appearance? Awesome. *update The inside of the Kettle at the welding of the spout gaurd is showing rust. Inhave clean most of it with lime and baking soda. Still, a disappointment. Not sure why it would rust. I left a little water inside, with the lid. It has been humid. I need to re-read and verify it suppose to be stainless steel. If it is, then I will drop another star.

Impressed
After 7 years of continuous use, my Mueller electric kettle finally gave out. I loved it, but after some research, I decided to find an electric kettle that was 100% plastic-free. I’m trying to be more mindful of reducing my plastic usage, so this became a top priority in my search. After a deep dive into options, I landed on the Saki Luna Pro, and I’m so glad I did. First impressions during the unboxing: stylish, sleek, modern, and STURDY. I would also like to add that it doesn’t use a button on the handle, which is something that broke on my Mueller kettle. The construction of this kettle is solid, and I’m genuinely impressed. Also, this kettle has ZERO plastic, not just at the body but also at the spout and lid, unlike other "plastic-free" kettles that still use plastic in those areas. It’s heavier than the Mueller (100% 304 stainless steel), but there is grip on the handle, so there’s no worry about dropping it. And, it just looks beautiful. The sleek design complements my kitchen perfectly. It’s also super easy to set up and use. A standout feature is the hold setting, which will be so handy when I’m multitasking in the kitchen. For the price, I’m really impressed by the build quality and design. Highly recommend it!

Super Kettle!
Fantastic kettle. Great size and design, has some appealing details and really compliments my kitchen. I'm usually brewing for tea ranges (175 to 212 degrees) and this kettle does the job admirably. Very quick to boil. Feels like solid construction that's going to last years. The interface is very nice and clean and well thought out. Beautiful stainless steel on the inside. There is a slight burning plastic smell, especially when I first used it. It's lessened over time (abut a month). I'll come back in a couple months to update the review letting you know if the smell has fully subsided. It doesn't seem affect the function of the kettle though, so it's just a minor annoyance. Overall, very happy with the Saki.

Looks nice and no plastic!
This kettle is very aesthetically pleasing on my coffee bar. It’s a nice mat Black and seems to be all metal and no plastic! Heats water up quickly to the perfect temperature, great size, and lid comes off easily for filling and cleaning. Only time will tell if it’s a good value for a lot of money.Sure seems like this kettle was made to last. Will update review if needed.
