Great for indoor gardeners.
This is my second purchase of this product. The first was from Gardeners Supply about 10 years ago. It still works fine, and I use daily. The new incarnation is not as well designed and has a mysterious spray nozzle with no instructions to give one a clue as to what it's for, and how to use it.That said, it's still a useful tool in the greenhouse.

Great greenhouse item
This is a replacement of the identical item ordered years ago, that had a fitting wear out over time. Excellent product, necessity for the hobby greenhouse that has running hot/cold water. Perfect for watering the plants with ease. Nozzle has variable settings. If I had a negative remark, it would be that it was shipped from Amazon, where I have a Prime Membership, with "overnight shipping". For reasons that are beyond mt comprehension, they chose to use FedEx, which does in 7-10 days, what UPS can do in 1-2 days. go figure.

Piece of junk!
First time using the screw-in piece for the faucet broke into two pieces! I think I got to water about 10 plants before the water stopped flowing. Don’t but. Piece of junk!

Wow! This made our lives easier!
We LOVE this hose! We have an apartment on the first floor with access to an outdoor hose so we're lucky. We have way too many indoor house plants and it has always taken us over an hour and a half to water them all. Now we hook this hose up to the outdoor hose, pull the outside hose to the doorway and to go town with this extension. Watering takes less than half the time it was with no drippy watering cans to carry and nothing to heave up to hanging plants etc. The shut off actually shuts all the way off, the stream is perfect and gentle (we use it without the spray head which works well in large areas but was not useful for our antique-filled home) and honestly, we love using it. It stores in a small bag. I highly recommend buying this hose- I will be purchasing them for gifts this year.

Great hose, a little leaky but overall great
This is a great option for indoor watering. I have one downstairs and adding another for upstairs so I don’t have to drag it around. 4 stars instead of 5 because the wand leaks a bit. I wrap a little towel around it so it doesn’t get on the floor.

Not sure about this product yet!
The Hose came off where it joins the bottom of the wand. I have ordered another one to try it thinking this was just a defect. I can't reach the manufacturer to ask if I can repair it.Update:. Took a heat gun and melted the hose to the wand. So far so good.

Use it in the garage
My husband who is a master plumber added a waterline for hot and cold water in our garage. I have 2 shelving units with grow lights in the garage where I restart my geranium plants every fall. This watering system makes it very easy for me to water these plants all winter without carrying watering cans out there from the house.

Trade-offs
This is better than the last "piece of plastic junk" that I bought. I bought a similar wand that broke almost instantly a few years ago - the wand itself was plastic. The wand and parts on this are sturdier. I bought a watering hose that I thought would fit my needs better, but it was all plastic and broke down little by little until I had to start looking again. I have a greenhouse in my house and I also have plants in the house itself, so this works better in the greenhouse because I dont have to worry about spraying things. Most plants like the misting, so that's an OK trade-off to having a nice gentle shower and quicker application of water. In my decor, I use rocks to cover the dirt, so I can pray close to the rocks withut shooting bits of dirt onto furniture, walls, fabric. still a bit of a mess, but I can deal with that for now - as long as it doesn't start leaking at the connection points. Yes, the coiled hose does not give 50' of reach and creates a pull and is not easy to stretch. I used connectors and added another stupic coil hose that I need and am careful to hook it around furniture so it's not knocking things down. That was one of the features I liked about the last one - small, straight hose. Wish I could replace it with this wand, but no connectors ever are compatible. I use a quick-connect on my faucet to give me easy switching, but then my faucet is in the greenhouse, so I only remove it for cleaning pots, etc. Overall, I think they have tried to improve the product. They just need to realize that the coiled hose is not convenient. Give us a roll-up design or just forget the convenience - we know how to roll a hose and this one is small enough, it doesn't take a lot of muscle. Directions would be nice - what the heck is the little red thing that looks like a nozzle? How is it used? Can I use it to eliminate the "misting"????
