Clarks Women's Juliet Monte Pump

Finally found a comfortable pair of shoes. Should have trusted Clark’s from the word go, but tried others which were either too wide and gapped at my instep or my heel slipped out or they hurt my toes. After returning so many shoes, thank you Amazon for this benefit, my feet slipped into these and they are perfect as an everyday shoe or a dress shoe. Had waited until these were on sale and ordered my usual size. A great buy at 54% off for leather shoes. As soon as I slipped them on they felt good, so put in my heel lift, put on some thin socks and went out to dinner in them. They were comfortable all evening. I have a narrow heel and they didn’t slip off when I walked plus there was plenty of room for my big toes and bunions. The leather is soft and supple. The style is plain and they look smart, but they are flats. I wish they came in other colors in my size and would like a pump like this with a block heel. Hope Clark’s has them. They will be my go to brand for shoes from now on.

I have a 10.5 wide foot, and it has proven nearly impossible to find classy looking dress shoes for work that fit. Almost no one carries that size, so I end up going with an 11 wide (IF I find a brand that even carries that!) and then generally my heel slips out. I have to say, I was unsure before I purchased this shoe as to if I would like the style, but I am pleasantly surprised as to how much I do like it! It looks great on my feet. It is classic, and slimming. It has the beauty of a pointed toe shoe, but the comfort of a rounded toe shoe! When I first stepped into it, it felt GREAT. It is soft inside with nice padding. As I wore it the first day at work, 2 problems arose... 1. The seam across the top of the foot started pressing into my foot a bit. Not a big deal. Wasn't super painful and I am sure that will stretch out with some wear. Infact, the 2nd day I wore them, I felt this less. 2. Here's the real bummer: even though the ankle has padding in it (see pic), the back outside of the ankle portion curves in, past the padding, so as I was walking through out my day, it started digging into my ankle, almost bringing me to tears 😣. I am truly hoping I can either break this part in, or find a solution, as I do love these shoes. I may try taping up my ankles a few days, or putting a riser on the inside of the heel bed (which I saw in another review), as I did notice if I raise my heel when I walk (walk on ball of foot), the discomfort went away. Anywho, If you are willing to possibly deal with that, then I do highly recommend this shoe. Other than the heel, it is super comfortable and stylish! Hopefully I can rectify the painful heel problem with one of my proposed solutions. After some more time of wearing them, if nothing works, I will come back and edit this review to let you know. I ordered 2 of these - in different sizes. (8 M and 8-1/2 N) Because I have a narrow foot, it is hard to find shoes -- even more difficult to shop for them online! At any rate, I trust the Clark's brand and thought I'd give them a try. The size 8-1/2 Narrow fit my foot okay, but when I tried to walk in them, they "cut into" the top of my foot right where the toes bend. The 8 Medium, surprisingly, was a nearly perfect fit. I will have to put a little cushioning at the ball of the foot for additional comfort and to stop any potential sliding around, but that's an easy and inexpensive fix. I'm definitely happy with this purchase and would buy again.

UPDATE: I bought this product two years ago. I gave it 5 stars at that time. The sole of the shoe has become detached from the footbed of the shoe. I will have to have it repaired somehow. Shoe repair shops are hard to find where I reside. I only wore the shoe to Sunday services. I have other Clark shoes that I have had for years with no issues. I still give this manufacturer 5 stars.

shoes look good, but are not the correct size. i ordered wide, but they are not wide.

These fit my very wide feet, sore, sensitive feet perfectly.

FIRST, I'm almost 70 and have some foot issues. Moderate bunions and broke a toe which causes it to stick up a bit and hit the top of a shoe. Just to give you a reference re how I am rating these shoes. PROS: QUALITY - I got these to replace some Enzo Angiolini's in a VERY similar style I had from over ten years ago (didn't wear often). The quality of these CLARKS I FIND MUCH BETTER (in my opinion, ENZO'S went down in quality years ago). Love the styling, rich and expensive looking, yet has a very comfy sole and insole. SIZE - AGAIN, referencing the above and my foot issues, I can still wear these and they ARE MUCH more comfortable than the Enzos! I wouldn't want to wear these shoes for many hours, on my feet, but with a little stretching out, they will be fine for what I need them for, when I need flatter shoes to wear with dress pants occasionally. OH AND A TIP - YOU CAN stretch out PATENT LEATHER A BIT IF you put on the shoes, take a blow dryer ON THE LOWEST WARM SETTING and, INCHES away from shoes, go slowly back and forth with dryer to warm and slight stretch where the shoe might be a TAD tight. PRICE - GOT ON SALE, but even at regular price, they're worth it. BUT THE LOW PRICE MADE IT EVEN BETTER! OVERALL a GREAT DRESS FLAT to wear for special occasions, to the office, anytime a more casual pair of flats won't be enough. LOVE THE PATENT AND REGULAR LEATHER MIX - VERY DRESSY.

It is great. It was on sale!! I love it, looks good and very comfy. It was hard to find that medium heels not flat and too high. I finally got it!!

I had sustained a terrible sprained tissue foot Injury due to a fall and for 3 months was unable to walk in a normal shoe. I purchased this shoe and they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Not only do they look great but a great fitting shoe. I am so glad I made the purchase as this is my go to shoe at work every day and weekends too. Well worth the money.
