Super sharp right out of the box
This is a nice looking knife, and it is sharp as heck right out of the box! I used it to carve a ham and a turkey on Thanksgiving and it cut through everything with minimal effort. I was able to clean it easily and I’m keeping it stored in the original box. I can’t wait to use this on a brisket and pork belly.

Yooyo gets the design right
This is the small kitchen knife I've always wished for. Its offset handle and very slightly rounded blade are designed like a chef's knife, so it chops or minces small and medium sized vegetables or meats with a lot more precision than a larger blade. It can be used as a paring knife as well, and it is wicked sharp. I prefer it strongly over the 4 other paring knives in my block, it just gets the job done faster and easier.I don't think you can do better for a small kitchen knife- even for twice the price.

want a sharp knife, you found it!!
Finally I have a sharp knife! I have never had one before despite buying Farberware and many other brands. I've never been able to cut an onion with such ease before and do it the professional way. I bought a pair of kevlar butcher gloves in case this knife slips. I'm a pianist and can't risk it, but this knife is perfectly made, and I'm very pleased! No one in my household is allowed to use it except me.

Better than expected, so excited!
Got it about 3 days ago, first impression for this chef knife is beautiful, the damascus lines are awesome, the knife is super sharp, the first thing I've tried to cut was a frozen pork and the chef knife chopped it so easily. I would say this chef knife is much worth than the price that I've paid for!

great value for the price
much better quality than what I was expecting. Blade is REALLY sharp. The handle is slightly offset and larger -scaled like it would be for a larger knife. This is a plus - it took a minute to get used to but I found it easier to work with than similar knives that would have a smaller handle. Giving it five stars not because it the best knife ever, I do own a couple better ones, but this is a great value for the price.

Smooth cut on vegetables
Sharp chef knife, comes with a gift box looks pretty, going to buy another one on thanksgiving or Christmas for my mother. I would say this kitchen knife is even better than the one I paid for 40+ dollars two years ago. Hopefully it will stay sharp for long time.
