I purchased this bag in March and in July one of the straps tore while I was wearing it as a backpack. I recently contacted the seller asking if they sold replacement straps (not expecting anything) and they were kind enough to send me another bag with the accessories. I was very pleased and thankful for there sales team!! There customer service is professional and responds in a timely manner. I would definitely re-purchase items from this seller again! 😊This is by far one of my favorite baby bags. I like the fact that it’s versatile and you can wear it as a backpack on the go hands free while holding your baby!I hope they would cone out with more designs!!

We bought this bag and after use of about one week the strap of the backpack ripped and tore. Additionally, the stitching is poor quality and kept ripping out. Returned and would not recommend.
