I would give these 5 stars but they don't stay put quite as well as I'd like them too. They don't slide around inside your shoe as much as other brands but I am super picky. I want snug and stay put.

Theses insoles will work if you are suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and need a high arch support,but I suffer from a bone spur in my heel so I needed a soft heel insole ,theses are very hard ,i would recommend them for someone who jogs a lot and needs a high arch support in their tennis shoes..

I wear a 7/7.5 and have a high arch, and I felt that the arch support length was too long for my feet. Over all construction and mold seem to be good quality, they don't work for my feet though. They are low profile and fit in my shoes well, wish they would have worked out for me.

It does help when I wear dressed shoes.

I like the size easy to use but I found these rather hard and stif. Not the most comfortable to wear. But maybe if I wear them a bit more they will not be so stif, time will tell.

This product need to be offered in 3 different sizes because it is way too big for small size 5-8 women's shoes.

I am having to return these but no fault of the vendor. I can not wear hard insoles with my foot issues.
