 PLEASE HELP. I bought this steamer and it keeps shutting off. It starts working then just stops after 5-10 seconds. And sometimes after about 5minutes or so after turning on and off it starts working as if nothing was wrong. I am disappointed and not sure what to do. Please help me as I followed all the instrustions.

Good but would be nice if steamer had a wider coverage of steam or even a bigger tank. Not so narrowed. Also, a side chamber that would allow essential oils. But it is a good steamer and I love it but those are things I would love to see in future models.

Was a little skeptical about this unit, but after receiving it and using the first time, it worked great. Nice steam mist and also, bonus is that it has a small mirror to see where the steam is going on your face.

Works great for opening up my pores. Skin has been much softer since I started using this facial steamer and my complexion is clearer and radiant. Very happy with this purchase

This little steamer is incredible. I have been using it at least 2X/week and my skin is so tight. It gives out a good deal of steam. I really love it!

Recently ordered this item. Have used it a few times. Used distilled water per instructions. The Facial steamer produces lots and lots of fine steam by using very little distilled water. Easy to operate. The start button is a bit sensitive to touch. Works good both as a facial steamer and steam inhaler. would recommend this product.

This is terrible I used it three times and it completely stopped working!! 😪 I need a refund.
