I like the fast delivery, outstanding, a day early. What did I get? The most expensive DVD media I have ever purchased. I was expecting to hear Nelson Muntz HA-HA laugh when I picked up the package, I thought somebody stole the contents. Hey, maybe I'm old fashion but when I put down some Benjamins, I would expect a box container rather than a sleeve to be cracked in shipment (Um shipping depart, better packing with thin materials) with just a product code activation code in the DVD sleeve. Christ!I would also expect at least some product user manual documentation with at least an installation walk through, some troubleshooting and an outline on the graphic user interface so I would know what is what with all the icons as well as functional relationships with edit & compositing ect.... Nothing fancy, just a little walk in the park. How much more would it cost to include a softback manual? People haven't evolved to learn by wireless osmosis by laying hands upon the DVD yet or maybe they have with an implant and LSD micro-doses. Damn this online documentation BS, what if the hosting platform goes away? I know, I know, save the trees, PFFT.Anyway, it looks like a steep, time consuming online learning curve here as I won't have any structural method to pull relevant information on how to use the product to do specific functions other than YouTube, 3rd party forums or the manufacture's self-help forum outlets. Oh, yes, I am an experienced NLE user, I just never used a 3D compositor before. I know the power of this product, I've seen what it can do but you have to have documentation available as many people just don't have time to weave and filter through outdated or unreliable Internet documentation. There are times an old fashion paper manual is the superior method as to researching a product.
