I got my tea on tuesday 1.22.19 first thing in the morning through prime. I was told be a friend to mix the entire pack with half a cup of water first thing in the morning before eating. I was 187lbs on tuesday and weighed in at 181lbs today 1.26.19. I've been doing no to low carbs all week with eating protien and veggies. So today is my cheat day. I ended up not taking the tea the last two days including today b.c I'm pretty sure it caused me not to sleep but I also had to work overtime overnight. I would recommend this tea just make sure you follow the directions,sleep 6-8 hrs a day, and drink at least half a gallon of water . I also did some working out to but nothing too strenuous. I can tell I'm gonna have to start working out since I want to tone along with dropping the pounds. Over all this stuff really suppressed my appetite and gave me some energy.

Good appetite suppressant
This definitely works curbing your appetite, I am suspicious that it may not be all natural or supplemental ingredients based on the way it makes me feel. If you are a smaller person I would advise 1/2 the tea bag.

Amazing!
I lost a pound a day drinking this tea. Minimal exercise. It does make you thirsty so drink plenty of water.Curbed my appetite and helped me stay regular! It also gave me a lot of energy. But beware this contains ginseng so it might be a little strong for women. Ginseng can cause heart palpitations and jittery feeling. I did not get any negative side effects.I will buy from this seller again.

I know it works
Bought this for my husband, No change in his weight yet because it’s only been two days since he started taking it but when he do take it, it made him feel full for 5 hours.. but I have noticed change in other people’s weight who have been taking it longer.
