The 3 stars are for appearance only. These are THE most uncomfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet. The heel is over 5 inches and the toe is raised to platform level as well, making it nearly impossible to walk in these. Honestly, I'd love to see someone walk in them, as I could barely stand in them.
