UPDATED: August 1, 2020UPDATED USER EXPERIENCE: I had to have one of these soaker hoses replaced right out of the box two years ago due to the soaker function only working in the first few feet. Within less than a year of use (June 2019), I had to repair a 1" long split in one hose. I was able to finish last year that way, but before I could even use these hoses in July 2020, I had to repair splits in each. I used them over a two-day period to soak two rows of trees, and when I checked them this morning, one had developed another major split. This is the 5th time these hoses have been used over two years. Considering that they continue to split, they are now useless as they cannot be trusted to work without leaking large amounts of water.CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Despite the implied value of a 7-year warranty, these are poorly constructed soaker hoses and cannot be trusted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these hoses under any circumstances.***Original Review Below***PROS: This is the best soaker hose I have found. The hose soaks evenly, end-to-end. NONE of the others I tried could do that.CONS: Upon first use, one (of two I bought) hose had a 1/8" x 1/4" hole that resulted in a "gusher" at that point. Once I covered that spot with tape, the rest of the hose soaked evenly.COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS: I had recently tried three other potential replacement soaker hoses to replace two that are 25 years old. None of those other hoses could soak evenly along their full length. I planned to buy two more of these, but these soaker hoses are no longer in stock. I had also arranged the return of the one defective hose, but with no replacement available, I think I will keep this one, repair the one large hole, and hope the remainder of the two hoses hold up for a few years. I would highly recommend this hose if not for the hole in one hose.

This design is superior to my old hose because the water gently "sweats" evenly through all along the hose. The one it replaced had holes at intervals and did not water evenly like this one.

Works fairly well.

This hose works very well and seems to be of a higher quality than others we have had . It will emit the same amount of water at the supply hose connection as the end of the soaker hose.. I leave it on my garden for about 75 minutes every third day and everything is evenly watered and soaks in about 4 to 6 inches. I do recommend when you get it, stretch it out in the sun and leave it for a few hours. It will make it more pliable and much easier to put in place. Buy it, you will be happy with the no hassle results.I think this is the hose we will use in the future.

My Mom really likes this hose. She wanted to water her Day lilies without having to do it by hand. I appreciated the video that showed how to wind the hose around the plants for more efficiency.

We bought two--and they seem sturdier than previous purchases.

This hose was recommended by a tree specialist for my apple tree that is having a difficult time. It’s sturdy and can be buried as well!

Hooked it up to my garden hose and it worked great right away. Looking forward to using this all summer long.
