Misleading
Ordered 2 sets, each set had a slightly different interlocking pattern, even though they are the same model from the same company. Naturally, the two cuts are incompatible. One has a diagonal cut centerpiece and the other is a trapezoid

Heavy duty, very snug fitting tiles.
Really happy with this purchase. Don't write reviews often but these gym tiles were perfect for my equipment. Easy to install and locks very snugly together unlike some of the cheapo foam tiles you see around. Takes a few passes with a razor to custom cut (cut it rubber face down on some cardboard). The rubber layer is about 1/8" thick on top and is really sturdy. I have about 500-600 lbs of equipment on them and it's not deforming. They're not cheap (needed 3 sets) but I'd say it was well worth it.

Good quality product
Good quality product. More expensive but recommend. I decided to spend the extra money and purchase these rubber and EVA foam fitness mats over the cheaper all EVA foam fitness mats, and the extra money in my opinion was well worth it. I have a set of the cheaper plain EVA foam mats that i use when working on my car in the garage and they were to soft or flimsy for my home gym. So after a lot of comparison shopping on Amazon, i decided this was the best value because you get the softness and affordability of the EVA foam with the sturdiness of the rubber layer on top. All rubber fitness mats were too expensive and the all EVA foam mats to cheap, this product was in the middle, not to expensive not to cheap, part EVA foam and part rubber top, so it suited my needs perfectly.

Not ½ inch thick
I ordered 2 sets of these as they were advertised as ½ inch thick-they are not. I measured these carefully and they are avg 11.2 mm (½=12.7mm). I bought these ,even though they were more expensive,as I thought the +⅛ thickness was a valuable advantage of the similar products advertised as ⅜. I needed a few more so I took a chance on the cheaper ⅜" tiles being the same thing-and they are in fact the exact same thickness. The only difference I could find or feel was that the "⅜" tiles base foam was a slightly darker color grey. Perhaps as these are also advertised as "high density" this might indicate a less dense foam, even though I could not detect a difference in firmness. Well these weighed in at 2.22 lbs and the less expensive "⅜" were 2.45 lbs.I did not lower the star to one only because the tiles are actually pretty decent

Will not hold up to heavy activity - waste of my money
These tiles do not hold up to HIIT. The soft foam underside does not hold up to burpees. I have owned these tiles for two months, and truly regret not returning them immediately. I have had a number of near injuries due to the tiles separating. Also, the rubber top is peeling away from the foam in numerous places. Seriously, do not make my mistake.

somewhat misleading...
I'm giving this a 3 star because I was somewhat displeased. Yes they do the job, but Not quite what i expected for the price.the foam is surprisingly more soft then i thought it would be, and the top layer of rubber is much thinner then i anticipated. and some of my tiles are already beginning to delaminate.I got them because I really liked the look. but if i was to do it over again i would prolly go with one of those roll up solid rubber mats with the same design.

Perfect for my use
I really found this product perfect for my situation (garage gym). They are better then the cheap strait foam tiles as those don't lock together well and separate. I also looked at tiles that were solid rubber. The solid rubber tiles are more expensive and are probably good for weight lifters using very heavy weights but they don't provide much cushion. I found these lock together well and are great for gyms for the average weight lifter and provide enough cushion for body weight exercises.

Nice mats
Like stepping on these instead of the concrete floor. Rubber top helps durability quite a bit. The pre-cut edges interlock pretty solidly, but each of the four edges don't match up to all of the four edges on an adjacent mat. Thus, it can be a bit tricky to get the orientation right during assembly such that each edge matches up to each adjacent mat. Did not place any heavy equipment directly on the mats because--over time--it would probably permanently depress the mat just like it would carpet. Instead, placed the mats around the exterior edge of the equipment (fewer mats to purchase that way, too). Just wish they weren't so pricey.

Not worth it
The rubber started separating from the foam within a month of daily use (about an hour a day) It didn’t fit snuggly and I ended up returning them to Amazon for a full refund (2 sets)I was truly disappointed.

Great look and Feel
I am working on building a small gym in our solarium and wanted to get something to protect the floor, absorb noise from our neighbors and feel more comfortable than wood for workouts. This absolutely checked all the boxes. The pieces are exactly as described with a nice thick rubber layer on each square. It ships with a bunch of side pieces too so you can get a nice finish all around. Each piece snaps together pretty easily and makes a satisfying "click" when it's in place.I'd absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for a gym floor.

dove tail joint rubber seperation
I used this product as a big mat to cover my patio which is fully covered from the weather, it worked great, but the top layer of rubber on the dove tail joints are beginning to come apart. But it sure is nice to walk on. IS THERE A GLUED THAT I CAN GET?

Value for money
These rubber mat squares are quite stronger than they look. I use them on laminated floors and the compress every sound that my dumb bells and bar bells would give off. My neighbors aren't even aware that I have weights in my Condo

Quality Product and good price
They fit nice and tight with the top rubber layer keeping the mats tight during exercise. The foam under provides some cushion without being too soft.I was concerned they would be like the play mats for kids but these are heavier and tighter fitting, yet Easy to lay down and trim to fit.Highly Recommend.
