Comfortable, commendable and ever-ready noise cancellation
Yes, these earbuds are expensive and incredibly fancy. But their noise cancellation (given that it's passive noise cancellation and not active) is commendable. I use them for all sorts of scenarios and I haven't felt overstimulated in such a long time. Of course, they are more preventive than helpful when it comes to overstimulation (and when you're already overstimulated) but the fit and the quality are very good and they feel comfortable all over. It takes a bit of getting used to with the different size tips and you often have to experiment a bit but it's really worth it. One thing to note is that if you only like the maximum noise cancellation then don't go for these and instead go for the cheaper noise quiet 2. The modes are useful, no doubt but in real world (and for me), they feel not too much more than a gimmick. It's nice to have them but they are very rarely used. Other people might have use for them more often but I don't. Just a food for thought for future buyers.

Game-Changer for Quiet Focus and Travel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars Product: McLaren Formula 1 Team x Loop Switch 2 Adjustable Earplugs Really happy with this purchase. Quality is fantastic—feels premium and durable. The comfort is excellent; you can wear them for hours without any problem. They work exactly as described with the 3 modes for noise reduction. You genuinely feel the change when you switch modes—great for focus, motorsports, travel, or just enjoying a quieter environment. They also look different and stylish—everyone keeps asking about them 😅. Yes, they’re on the costlier side, but if you want quality and flexibility, they’re worth it. Highly recommended if you like a quiet environment or want better control over the noise around you.

Useless
Extremely disappointing product. For ₹5,000, the noise reduction is shockingly weak — basic ₹50 foam earplugs outperform it easily. It does almost nothing against sharp construction or drilling noise, which makes the premium pricing feel unjustified. The marketing creates expectations of meaningful sound reduction, but the real-world performance is underwhelming.

I've used so many earplugs including custom made earplugs, and loop Switch 2 is surprisingly good
I have tinnitus for 6 years and so I've used all kinds of earplugs from $300 custom made Westone earplugs to cheap foamies. After a lot of reasearch, I decided to give loop a try to find out if it was just a marketing gimmick (oh the abundance of ads is horrible). But I was surpised, here are the pros Pros: 1. Adjustable attenuation isn't magic, but it still gives you small room to play with. 2. Good noise isolation. 3. Comfortable fit for upto 2 hours 4. Good seal that stays, so you don't have to keep pushing the earplugs in. 5. Stylish, so you can wear it in a public setting without looking odd ( which happens with foam or silicon earplugs, or even with the westone ones) 6. Easy to switch between modes without having to take them off ears. Cons 1. Not really a con, but the occlusion effect is present even in the lowest attenuation setting (Engage mode). So if you really want to speak and have a conversation, you have to take it out of your ears. But if you just want to listen to the conversation, it does a good job. I wish there was a setting where it's open, no attenuation and no occlusion effect, but I don't think that's possible. 2. Wish it had foam eartips option also for better seal and comfort.

Good but not for sleeping.
Bought the switch 2. A good product. Not noise cancellation plugs but they do work at bringing down the decibels well. Only thing is cannot use the quiet mode and go off to sleep on a bed - it's not comfortable enough for side sleep due to its loop ring. Beyond a point my ears did hurt and I had to take them off while sleeping. Review 2 from Dec 2025: Really helped me lots to cover some rest and sleep when traveling by a long distance train. It sufficiently brought down snores, overwhelming sounds from other loud passengers and just generally helped tune down the sensory overload from phones. I had bought the loop connector cord separately for piece of mind while sleeping. Only wish they were giving it with the product for it's price point.

A absolute lifesaver for severe noise sensitivity and tinnitus!
"As someone who is highly sensitive to noise and suffers from tinnitus, the Mumbai local train commute used to feel like an absolute nightmare. The sheer chaos, overlapping chatter, and high-pitched noise inside a packed female coach would instantly give me a massive headache and trigger an aggressive tinnitus flare-up. I honestly cannot survive a single day without the Loop Switch 2 now. It is a masterpiece. The mechanical switch is a game-changer. When the noise peaks inside the compartment, I can easily dial it straight to 'Quiet' mode to drop the volume down to a peaceful murmur without having to swap out earplugs or fiddle with a case in a crowded space. It acts like an instant shield against sharp, triggering sounds. The design is super comfortable, sleek, and leaves no ear pressure even during long daily travel. If you have noise anxiety, sensory overload, or tinnitus, do not hesitate. This product completely saved my daily routine and sanity!"

Average product
The fit is well, but product is average for it’s price.

Amazing!
I do love this product! It has helped me manage the sensory overload around me quite well. But this can be subjective as everyone’s sensory response to noise is different. It doesn’t completely wipe out traffic noise or people talking loudly, but does reduce it to a bearable hum. I have also started talking softly in public spaces because I can hear myself so clearly when I put the loops on. For the price I feel the build quality could have been a bit better but now I’m just nitpicking.

All 3 settings worked for me - Loop Switch 2 (silver)
3 noise suppression settings adjusted with a dial. Has tactile feel so you can easily feel it and rotate between settings while wearing. I can hear the difference in all 3. Setting 1 and 3 do have the largest noticeable difference in loudness. But, setting 2 does work. I used setting 1 and 3 the most, but, it's super nice to have the second one and it comes in handy. It's great for in a dance/club setting - it really spares your ears. At work it's great to focus, public transit to drown out the noise of people and the ambient noise. I can't say enough - very pleased. Worth it and recommend. One note, you may be fine with the non switchable loop at the lowest or highest db reduction spec on this switch loop one. Just check the specs on both and if you're after a significant reduction in levels, go for the strongest non-switch model and save some money. Having bought this switch, I am happy and wouldn't want the non-switch one personally - that's my take. Good Luck!

Great investment in reducing anxiety!
I took a risk buying these because they are pricey and I was definitely skeptical. However, I spent several months researching earplugs with the goal of finding ways to mitigate "background noise" because I find that some noises really stress me out. The Loop Switch 2 offered ways to have adjustable mitigation, and the reviews about comfort swayed me to take the chance. I'm glad I did! First, I have really sensitive ears, so wearing in-ear headphones or many kinds of earplugs can be painful. No pain with these at all. Second, they stop the exact amount and right kinds of noises that I want to avoid: loud people/children and more subtle sounds like humming, drips, or buzzing. It makes it so much easier to have conversations or even watch movies in theatres. I used them on a long road trip when I was a passenger, putting them on the highest setting, and it helped with road noise and car sickness! I'm truly happy with how versatile these are to mitigate different noises while still allowing me to feel engaged in conversations or events. But I think the best and most unexpected part is that it lowered my anxiety immensely. I put them in and it's like a security blanket for my brain. I just feel myself becoming calm and relaxed. Are these pricey? Yes. Are they worth the price? Every penny.

Ideaal tegen audio overprikkeling.
