Good quality. Works well for us, over about 30 metres between two 300 year old buildings with thick stone walls and of course no cables required. Good quality audio.We bought 2 pairs. Only using 1 pair for now & the other pair bought for backup in case the 1st set pack up. Don't think they will break though as product seems well designed and good quality plastics. There's a method to hook up all 4 units & the seller sent us a single page attachment describing the procedure. Yet to be tried but sure it'll be ok.Haven't tried altering the ring tones yet as standard one is fine.Bought two 3-pin to usb outlet 5V modules for the USB charging cables from Amazon (the 2 pin ones with the kit poke out and don't really fit UK mains outlets). Plugged those into 24 hour mains timers with a set 1 hour charge every 24 hours. Did this to reduce standy trickle charge into their batteries, just to prolong them. Probably not needed but heck, just to be sure.Bit expensive. Curly cord's a bit short. Nothing else to moan about.As subject title above: Overall a good quality well functioning system

Product that actually works! I bought it for my kids to use room to room for pretend play or for a regular intercom. It is easy to use, much easier than walkie talkies...my kids can never quite get the coordination of pressing a button and talking and then releasing, so these phones are perfect since it’s a 2 way communication. No worries about holding and releasing a button to talk and listen. Haven’t had them long enough to measure battery life, or durability, but they come with their own chargers, and they feel durable.

I have 3 family members in a house. One very hard of hearing - she is 95, and the others have issues walking. These are Perfect in the 2 story house. They can call each other and hear each other. I have 2 sets all paired together and they are amazing. 3 steps and they are talking!

I installed one on my Trawler fly bridge, and one in the lower inside galley. Now no more shouting to communicate on needing a cold drink to be brought up to the fly bridge. So easy to install, and look very upscale too. Do not leave expose to the weather as they are not waterproof, but very easy to move inside after each visit to boat. I have had many compliments on them. Would reorder again

We bought them for our elderly parents to summons our help when needed. They live next door.

I never got to use the product because as soon as I opened the box one of the two units was already broken and making a rattling sound. I declared my intention to return the product but waited two days too long. Now I am stuck two useless intercoms. I would gladly trade them for two that work but I would rally like a refund.

We have 2 stations now; will probably get 2 more. They work great through walls and up and down stairs. They are easy and intuitive to use. Only con is that kids like to use them a little too much;-)

I don’t dislike this product at all. Good quality, does what it advertised, and my grandsons love it. Very durable too.

Works well up to 500 metres and through walls. I bought one set for my parents in a LTC facility to chat to each other on different floors and it works perfectly. Bought another set for use between the house and stable. They may be a little expensive for the quality of the units, but they are purpose-built and do the job they are designed to do. I'm pleased with them so far.

One unit rings loud and the ear piece volume is low and the other is the opposite. Very cheaply made for the price.
