When I saw this knife’s detail & quality at this price, I knew it was love at first sight. The engravings are BEAUTIFULLY done and it came without a single scratch or imperfection to the blade. It was sharp, sexy, large, AND the blade’s handle is super comfortable. The weight of the blade is just the cherry on top… this thing could absolutely be sold at such a higher price if they really wanted to do that.Get it! It’s the perfect thing to add to your collection.My only qualm is with that goofy wood stand. Mine arrived without any hardware so I just ended up ghetto gluein’ the thing. We big resourceful out here in the dirty south, baby. Stay safe and stay sharp!

The media could not be loaded. For fans of the twisted take on Alice in Wonderland explored in American Mcgee's games, the Vorpal Blade is instantly recognizable. This replica is well crafted, hefty and solid! Almost like it came from the Jabberwok's skeleton itself.Now, this is not the original Vorpal Blade released when Madness Returns was new, but unless you have that one in hand, I doubt anyone could tell otherwise.The blade is packaged in a thin, blank black box, within its own plastic bag and rubber tip guard. It also has a wooden stand (in 3 parts, with 3 Philips head screws) to display the knife. There is a faux cutting edge along the blade, that could be sharpened if you so desire.The entire knife is metal and the stand is wood. It has been etched with a floral/vine pattern to replicate the in game textures and it looks phenomenal in person.If you or a loved one is a fan of American Mcgee's Alice in Wonderland, this is a must buy!

Absolutely beautiful! My son will love it when he opens it on Christmas! It actually has some weight to it and it does come with a display stand. It's good quality all the way around

Overall, I do NOT regret my purchase. I do think it is important to mention a few things however, starting with the stand. The stand is not very durable, be VERY careful assembling it, and mine did have some minor scuffs already. The other thing is the knife itself, It is big. It is bigger than cameras make it seem, about the length of my full size keyboard. The blade and tip are not sharpened, but it still is a fairly jagged piece of steel, weighing in a little under 2 pounds. I nicked myself on the bottom (my own fault) so be careful. The overall quality is good, not great. The engravings are cool, and the knife was in mostly great condition. When you look really closely though, there are numerous tiny imperfections of the blade and handle. It also has a small "440 Stainless CHINA" stamp on one side near the handle where "Est. 1865" is displayed. If that will bother you, I would not purchase this. If you are just keen on having the iconic weapon displayed in your home, this is well worth it. It looks great on a shelf, and the stand is serviceable if you don't break it. I haven't bought any of the other "Vorpal Blade" replicas out there, but I can't imagine them being much better than this in any meaningful way. Know what you're buying, and expect imperfection. Otherwise altogether a good purchase.

This is the real deal. I recently started getting back in to Alice: Madness Returns. Happened across this by chance and everything about it is perfect. I opted not to use the stand, but the knife itself and the stand are top notch. The blade has some SERIOUS HEFT. This thing is no joke. The handle, markings on the handle and blade engraving are stunning. This is a beautiful piece. I think it’s an amazing value, and honestly it’s bigger than I thought it was going to be. 10/10 - amazing. Can’t wait to finish my play-through of Alice again.

This is a dense, well made blade. It looks awesome & is a damn good size. It does not come across as some cheap crappy knockoff junk. This is a REAL blade with a real, heavy grip. You could mess that Jabberwocky (or an intruder chock-full of meth) right on up with this fancy boy & it will look good doing it. 10/10.

The knife itself is pretty okay but the stand is made of low grade MDF that splits in half while trying to assemble. I ended up throwing the included stand away and making my own out of spalted maple.
