Honestly, pretty good. Got this for my wife's bday. Chose this one cause it was way cheaper than other options and my wife has really bad migraines. Her neck muscles get super tense which eventually leads to migraines so I hoped this might help.Lately though, when her neck starts to hurt, she'll use this for like 10 min and it helps for sure, though it's not a cure. She might still get a headache, but not nearly as severe as it could be.I've used it too and man, super relaxing. Puts you right to sleep. The padding is cozy but tends to get a little hot overtime. Probably even better in winter lol.

My hair dresser swears by this - she noticed my neck kept tilting and stretching while she cut my hair and recommended this product. I purchased it on the spot and received it within a few days. It was easy to assemble but every time I have used it, I can't feel the release or that it's making a difference. Not sure if I would recommend.

Unfortunately, I waited past my return date to use this item for the first time. When I did try it, the bungee type cord immediately came loose from the plastic hooking device that is attached to it. I didn’t even get to the point of putting my entire head weight on the head holding portion. I wish I’d tried this sooner so that I could send it back for a refund. I’m one week over the send back limit. Maybe my husband can rig something up that will hold better than the cord did. Thank goodness it didn’t hit me in my head or face when it came apart! I can’t believe that I paid $20.00 for this! The head cradling portion is made very well. There just needs to be a better strapping system for this.

Using the neck pain bundle seems to be working for me. i’ve had neck pain for a long time now,so l am using it carefully. But I have had some relief and plan to continue use.

Update: 11/29/18Unfortunately this item came apart during the second use.My wifes head hit the floor after the cord came out of the hook....see picture. Taking this from 4 to 1 star.Returned for refund.product it self seems very durable with very plush fabric....very soft. This is a huge upgrade over using a towel rigged with a strap that was provided by physical therapy. Im dishing one star because the instructions are incredibly poor in what they provide given that there are 2 straps and one cord. Ive provided a picture to show the one sided sheet of instruction. Its not rocket science but they could be better illustrated.

This hammock was recommended by my Physical Therapist. It seemed a bit awkward at first to use and you should definitely put a pillow under your knees when laying flat on your back. If you can affix a hook above a bed or cot, your comfort will be far better. I am getting relief from severe disc issues post surgery.

I was really hoping it would provide more relief than I found from it.

All it takes is around 10 minutes a day and I have noticed that my neck and shoulders are much more relaxed and I have so much more flexibility. The fact that I can take it with me anywhere such as work or on vacation has been a game changer.
