The best way to excel on the regents exam is to take many practice tests consisting of old regents exams, so this book set is a must buy. It is a wise choice to not only invest in the traditional Barron's red books, but also the blue one (ie: the "powerpack"). Kweller Prep suggests you buy "powerpack" books months before the actual Regents exams, as they tend to get sold out at Barnes & Nobles and are in limited supply online closer to the regents test dates. Make sure to go online too to the [...] [...] org and print more exams as well.In addition, be sure to print old regents exams well in advance of the regents exam as the site was overloaded with hits and did not function properly the week leading to the last exam. Last but not least, make sure to look into buying Math A, B, and even Sequential 1, 2, or 3 books that are on the market so you will get even more access to a variety of questions. Just because the regents exams keep changing names, the math that is tested tends to stay the same throughout high school.On a side note, it's really a shame that these books got thinner over the years-- even though the price went up; they used to have more tests per book.
