Good quality product, arrived on time and was well packaged with no damage. The pads were much smaller than anticipated once they were secured to the chairs, so perhaps would have ordered larger pads to compensate for this, to fill the whole seat area and will ensure this will be taken into consideration for future purchases.

It is a shame that 2 days after having this product the ties came away from the cushion
