Sensation and Perception

This book is exactly what my instructor said that it would be. Unfortunately, I personally do not like the way the course is being taught. It may be far more appealing to me if I were in a classroom environment. The online course is not my cup of tea for this material.

College student here, trying to get my final assignments done. Incredibly stressed as can be expected. Reading for an assignment, and realize that ten pages are missing entirely. Not very happy at the moment, this was not a cheap book, and not a cheap class. Please be cautious when ordering this, and check all pages before it’s too late.

Although I hate the fact that I am taking 5 psych courses in one semester, this book is doing a great job helping me better understand sensation and perception. I would recommend this book to anybody who is a psych major and would like to learn about sensation and perception as a stem.

I bought this textbook for a class, unaware that the access card (that you can buy individually, for a much lower price) gives you complete access to an electronic version of the textbook. The book itself is great--perfect for success in my class, and written for easy understanding, but I never use it because of the access code. Still, the book was a good price, and it arrived on time, so I had no issues with the seller or the product itself. I just didn't need it.

This was in great condition, came with access card. I would say, don't buy just for the access card, I ended up going to the site for practice and everything is limited. You take the same quiz over up to 10 questions. So if you want a used book without the access card don't be scared off-your not missing to much!

The item itself was in great condition and would be happy with any item being in its condition. I, however, was under the impression that this was the most current edition. My mistake. Oh, well. Textbooks don't seem to change significantly so it was sufficient for my course. I guess it worked out in the end :(

The online CourseMate is so helpful ! I feel a lot more prepared in class using the online sources vs. just reading the text. The text however, is also quite great. There are a lot of diagrams and color, which is always nice in a scientific textbook. Renting it was also much cheaper than buying it new.

I have been using this book as a mouse pad for a while now and it's been doing great! Totally recommend.Edit: I heard there's also some interesting stuff about Biology inside, quite an interesting extra ! :-)

I received the textbook in good condition quite quickly, however the course mate access code was not with it as I had been told it would be. I’m not pleased that the description said it would be there and then it was not.

Great textbook that tackles a complicated subject clearly and easily. Well written. Never dull. A favorite.

Goldstein's Sensation and Perception is a great textbook. It gives many great examples and is easy to read. Should you need it because you are taking ASCI660, then you should know that you don't really need the Coursemate access card. I am 2/3 done with ASCI660, and haven't even used it once.

Perfect, I madre a mistake and they help me in the best and fastest way. Courtesy and competency are there.
