Multifunctional Electric Automatic Peeler Stainless Steel Fruit and Vegetable Peeler Machine for Apple and Potato (Black)

So my very first runs with this were absolutely amazing. It's faster than I expected, and I ended with this awesome , super long, apple peel. When I switched to try potatoes I found that you really need to make sure you have fresh ones. Mine were a bit past prime, where the skin starts to wrinkle a bit. In those cases, this isn't able to slide the skin through.I don't think the above is a problem in design, however. I think it's just an issue with this general principle. The skin of the target needs to be firm enough as to not jam the blade slide. Use fresh, reasonably shaped items and it works well!

I had a debilitating stroke and was really looking forward to receive this electric peeler. However, it failed to meet my expectations, because it was made out of cheap plastic, and the cutting arm didn't work after a single use. On the other hand, the Amazon rep was very cordial, cooperative and sorry for my disappointment. She even arranged UPS to return the item!

Used this last thanksgiving and haven’t since...pain to clean...great at pealing potatoes as long as they have a good shape. Maybe I will dig it out this thanksgiving!?

It is rather frightening with that sharp blade but once the vegetable is set up, stand back and there it goes. The one problem is that the peeling go all over. Maybe I will do it in the sink. Might be safer in there.

Peels apples and potatoes of any size or shape. Super time saver, this thing works great. Will never peel with a knife ever again.

It fell apart at 1st use. The design is flimsy. It doesn’t even deliver enough force to even take the skin off anything. Horrible.

Being handicapped in my feet and hands it makes it impossible for me to do simple tasks like peeling. This device not only peels but it cuts curly fries...and so much more. It's great on many foods...be creative.The photo shows a potato cut down to its core for curly fries...YUM YUM.If you have old wrinkly potatoes...don't fear. It works on them also...as the potato in the photo is proof.

I was exciting about getting the siding. I was very unhappy that it only peeled half an hour Apple and then quit working. I just like having to drive to find a place to return it.
