Good value, simple, yet robust.
This was our first attempt at using a web controlled device for power. Up to this point we have been using cloud servers for data and a Nest for our AC and Heating.In our house we use 1 X8 router for a split level 1800sqft home. Using the app suggested by the instruction card in the box, set up was a breeze. Each device paired quickly, was nameable and worked quickly.We then used the App to set up specific schedules for the devices. Again, the App was simple to use and took effect immediately.*UPDATE* after using the plugs and scheduled timers for almost a year, one device out of the now 5 devices would not follow its schedule. Upon investigation, it turned out that the web based protocol was having a problem porting through to the device due to my messing with my router security settings. The help desk helped me solve the problem and all is back to normal.We have unplugged and moved devices in our home, used devices outside, and left devices offline for months at a time. All works just fine once its plugged back into an outlet.

Works great once you get it to connect
I ordered them about a year ago when my baby was a newborn to turn on a light at night but I never was able to make it work... I moved and found this when we unpacked and finally was able to get it to work and I so far have only used one to turn on a fan and it works great.

No Location Features but works well. Good price.
Works like a charm. Did have to re-set one of the plugs early on but haven’t had much trouble since. The plugs don’t have a location feature and they don’t work with IFTTT. So if you want you Lights to turn on when you arrive home, these won’t do that. You can add a countdown or set a schedule for them. I can’t say how well these work yet but I plan to use them in the future. Overall I’m pleased especially for the price.

Easy to setup via phone app, and they work very well
These are great. I use them to control some lamps by voice with my Amazon Echo. Simple to set up, and I've had them for a month or so now and have never had any issues with them dropping off wireless, even though sometimes my phone has trouble with my home wifi connection.Keep in mind, you will need to an install a phone app to configure them. So if your phone is low on space, be aware of that - mine was, so I had to do a little cleanup before I could install the app. But that's not the device's fault, that's my own phone clutter issue!

Good device if you have 2.4Ghz
Product works nicely has a great scheduler and easy to use.Problem is with certain wifi systems, mine is popular Orbi you cannot specify 2.4 or 5 Ghz connection.So my phone all connect to wifi with 5Ghz and the device can only connect with 2.4Ghz connected phones.I had to use an old phone that was std Google (Old used Pixel) and it had option to connect to 2.4 network. Samsung phones do not. So if you don't have total control of your wifi connection this might not be for you. Otherwise they are great.

The app to connect is easier to connect to Alexa.
Jury is still out on this one, only one week so far.More time is needed. But the app is better than home life. Note that the verdict is in. Note that these only last almost a year. Note that I used them to control my lights and two burned out, now I'm waiting for the other two to go.

Delivered as Advertised
Plugs work extremely well with Alexa. Also use the PlusMinus APP on my phone as a remote control. Although originally hesitant to forgo my Radio Shack clock and “plug in’s”. I have found the Smart Plugs to be much more convenient and reliable.

Working Great on Day One
Received 2 four packs for a total of 8 smart plugs. So easy to connect to the WiFi and rename and share. Replaced smart plugs that required a hub. Linked all 8 to an Echo and 3 Dots. Took about 15 minutes total. Response is faster than the plugs I replaced. Echo and Dots recognized them easily. Very happy with these so far.
