Having just started a vinyasa yoga class I needed a book to help me practise at home and give me some more information and tips. This is a general introduction starting from first principles and ending with some suggestions for routines. It includes descriptions and illustrations of approx 50 postures(asanas) divided between standing, sitting, twists/abdominal, back bending, arm balances and inverted. Spiral bound so you can keep book open easily while practising. Thoroughly recommended for beginners and those getting back into yoga.
