This product is the perfect size and very convenient. I sit around at night and practice my suturing as a way to relax and stay on top of my game. It wouldn't be hard to lose track of time while focusing on doing this. If you are new and wanting to learn about how this process works, there are several sources out there with instructional videos that are easy to follow along with. Pause and rewind when needed. This is an invaluable skill, and what better (and cleaner) way to practice. No more ham hocks on the dining room table!

I bought this kit because, at the time of purchase, it was the cheapest one containing a practice pad, tools, and some sutures. The pad is pretty decent and I have had no issues so far (I haven't had a chance to use it THAT much yet, but I've done 4 sutures in the same spot on one of the fake wounds with no ripping or tearing. Took away one star because the tools are very cheap and low quality. Overall though, if you want a cheap kit to practice sutures this is decent.

The suturing kit comes with all the essential for the amateur medical student, sexually for the price. Some of its down sides is the type of needles, I think having a better quality and 1/2 size would be best for beginners. The needle driver is also not the best at locking the needle, the teeth will slip with use. Aside from those two concerns I believe it is a great purchase with the price and the quality of the wound molding.

I bought this kit for my niece who is in med school, its a great gift idea for anyone practicing in med school. She was really impressed with the quality of the practice pad and the tools that are provided. Great product with great service, shipping was fast.

This suture kit is very useful. I have been able to practice a variety of different suture techniques. The suture pad is very realistic. Comes with everything I needed. Great kit at an affordable price. Recommend!!

I purchased this kit about a week ago and have been practicing non stop. This kit has everything you will need, so no more using unsanitary chicken breast or banana peels to practice on. Recommend.
