The extra large gel pack makes it difficult to get a good fit without getting it too tight. I'm finding that it is actually making my pain worse unless I am able to get it on just right which is taking me lots of tries and time and is very difficult to accomplish with my arthritis. Possibly if a person had somebody else to help put it on and the gel packs were a little more bendable, it might help more. But for me I'm still looking for something better.
